Its the art of fighting without fighting...to accept the force/life/suffering
As it comes...internally in the forms of thoughts, feelings, emotions...mind positions that we cling to.
Externally to allow the force to take its course.
Re directing it. using it to gather information
And returning it to the center. Utilizing close range lighting quick techniques.
Shadowless kicks, trapping hands, chi na joint locking...
and a Zen mind...clear...empty. Non attached...present.
not stuck in the past or future imaginations...able to abide in present moment with patient endurance...wisdom...
To remove what u don't need...economy of energy/motion...so when the time is right, strike. When not wait...but wait well...
Waiting well in meditation and standing in Wing Chun...leads to patiently enduring all engagement. With skillful means not fighting or getting lost or trapped in it...but to emerge from it. Let go of it. Release the force
And complete it in the center of your mind and Body.
