Wing Chun is a Chinese martial art that began at the Shaolin Temple.

Devoloped by a Shaolin nun, a soft-style of kung-fu, an art of flowing.
to borrow your opponents force, and return it with wisdom; simple and direct.
Learning to sit to train the mind to rest in meditation is profound. The practice of present moment awareness Is taught verbally using the Four Noble Truths taught by Buddah 2500 years ago. Explaining the path to non grasping. Letting go. Opening up the physical movements and engagement of Wing Chun are based on responding to force in a relaxed acceptance. Zen responds to internal force with relaxed awareness. Both leading to completion in the here and now.  I start with a Zen (Dharma) talk

Then sitting meditation Followed by standing kung fu.

The drills and forms are trained to not have to think to preform them...

First you attach to the system and learn from it. then you release yourself from it to use it.

To let it flow. When that expands on to all your Experiences. You live the kung fu way of life.

Stick to what comes, follow what goes.

Feel space go forward.
